How Aero Design Helped Levi Strauss & Co. Unify Tools, Documents, and Updates for U.S. and Canada Field Teams

Levi Strauss & Co. approached us with a challenge familiar to many enterprise organizations: their North American Sales Operations team needed a centralized, easy-to-maintain digital hub to manage communications, share resources, and support fast-moving retail teams across the US and Canada. We partnered with Levi’s to design and launch two parallel internal websites tailored to regional needs—built for clarity, speed, and scale.
challenge
Like many large organizations, Levi’s faced the challenge of siloed information, outdated tools, and inconsistent communication between corporate teams and field staff. Their Sales Operations team needed a digital solution that could deliver up-to-date assets, announcements, and tools to hundreds of store managers and regional leaders—while also accommodating differences between U.S. and Canadian markets. The existing system had limited flexibility, required constant manual updates, and was too dependent on IT support. They needed a site they could control—with the performance and polish their brand demands.
our approach
We worked closely with Levi’s cross-functional stakeholders to design two tailored sites—one for the U.S. and one for Canada—that share a common foundation but reflect local market differences in language, promotions, and documentation. Built on WordPress for ease of use, the platforms feature modular content blocks, secure user access, and seamless media management. Our UX team focused on intuitive navigation and quick access to high-demand tools, while our developers ensured the sites performed smoothly across devices and met corporate security standards. Each step of the process emphasized scalability and long-term sustainability.
results
The new Levi’s Sales Operations sites are now key tools in the daily work of hundreds of team members across North America. Corporate updates are posted instantly, assets are easy to find, and store teams spend less time digging through outdated folders or relying on email chains. Best of all, Levi’s internal teams can manage content without technical help—freeing up IT resources and allowing Sales Ops to move faster. This project is a great example of how Aero Design helps global brands simplify operations through smart, user-focused design and development.
